Spotted a problem?

A button that doesn't respond, something displaying oddly on your site, an error during payment, text that won't save... Don't just live with the problem: report it. An unreported bug keeps existing, for you and for everyone else. A reported bug can be fixed.

How to describe a problem well

The more precise your report, the faster we can fix it. Ideally, tell us:

• what you were doing when the problem happened ("I was adding a photo");
• what happened ("a red error message appeared");
• on which device (computer, phone, which browser if you know).

These three details are usually enough to reproduce the problem and fix it quickly.

Have an idea?

A feature you're missing, an improvement that would make your life easier? Suggest it. Many new Flopix features come straight from our users' suggestions. What looks like a small detail to you may matter to hundreds of other business owners who don't dare mention it. Your idea may inspire others and shape the tool of tomorrow.

Your messages don't disappear into the void. Reported bugs are prioritized and fixed with each update. That way, the service you use evolves in the direction that matters to the people who actually use it.
