You picture hours in front of a screen, boxes to fill in, menus to figure out. Yet you already know how to describe your business: you do it every day with your customers. Why build your website with AI?

A regular form asks you one question at a time. That is reassuring, but it can feel slow when you already have all your details at hand, for example on a menu, a flyer or a social media page. With the assistant, you give everything at once, in whatever order suits you, and the AI puts each detail in the right place.

You don't need to know any web jargon or where a given section lives. You talk about your business in your own words, and the assistant connects the dots with your website.

Step 1: choose "Create with the assistant"

On the creation page, choose Create with the assistant. To get started faster, the assistant offers starter templates:

• Restaurant, for restaurants, snack bars, pizzerias and other food businesses;
• Shop, for stores and boutiques;
• Salon, for hair, beauty or nail salons;
• Other business, for every other line of work.

The template gives you a starting point tailored to your trade. Then you add your own details.

Step 2: write everything in a single message

This is the heart of the method. Type, or paste if you already have it somewhere, everything your customers need to know:

• your business name, address, phone number and email;
• your business hours;
• your menu with prices, if you run a restaurant;
• your Uber Eats or Deliveroo links, if you deliver;
• a few lines about you: your story, your specialty, what makes you different.

Don't worry about formatting. A message written in one go, with or without line breaks, works just fine. The assistant knows how to sort it out.

Step 3: the assistant confirms what it understood

Once you send your message, the assistant confirms everything it understood: name, contact details, hours, menu, links. You can see right away if something is missing or wrong.

It then asks for a logo and photos. If you don't have any yet, no problem: it adds images that fit your line of work, which you can replace later. Without a logo, Flopix suggests one automatically.

Finally, it asks one last optional question about your amenities: patio, Wi-Fi and other perks your customers care about. Then it fills out the form for you.

Step 4: watch your site build live

Throughout the conversation, the preview of your website updates live, on desktop and on mobile. You see your name appear, your hours fall into place, your photos settle in.

Something's wrong? Just correct it in plain words, for example "hours: Monday to Saturday 9am to 7pm". The assistant updates the form and the preview follows. You can also switch at any time between the assistant and the form to tweak a detail by hand, then go back to the conversation.

Step 5: review the summary and go live

Before you confirm, a summary goes over every section of your website. Take the time to look through it: contact details, hours, description, photos, amenities. You can go back to any section.

When everything looks right, simply write "let's go to checkout". You land on the plan selection, and your website is live right away, on desktop and on mobile, with its QR code to display in your store.

What comes next? The assistant stays by your side

Once your website is live, the assistant bubble, at the bottom right of your account, lets you make everyday changes in a single sentence: new hours, a vacation closure, a new phone number. Before every change, it shows you a before/after table and waits for your approval. Photos, logo and colors are changed in the edit form, with a live preview.
